Exercise and physical activity benefit just about everyone, especially older adults and those affected with a chronic condition or disability.
According to the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, chronic diseases and conditions, such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and arthritis, are among the most common, costly, and preventable of all health problems.
At Fitness Continuum, we specialize in both post-rehabilitation and injury prevention (prehab). Through carefully planned customized exercise, nutrition and wellness programs, and working in tandem with your doctor, we can help you improve your quality of life, be more active and reduce your risk of developing injuries and other chronic conditions.
"If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, not too little and not too much, we would have found the safest way to health."
Eduardo discovered functional training while studying at Dr. Anthony Abbot's Fitness Institute International, and found it to be an incomparable realm in which to help anyone get in shape and prevent injuries.
After receiving his CPTS certification, he went through a six-month Professional Functional Training Internship at the Institute of Human Performance, where he got to work with patients with severe pre-operative and post-operative spine conditions.
Experiencing how people regained their mobility and improved their quality of life, made him refocus his life goals and dedicate himself to working with individuals of all ages suffering from chronic conditions and post-rehabilitation patients.
Eduardo now lives his passion by helping post-rehab stroke patients, spinal injury patients, cancer patients and other recovering individuals, and designing customized exercise programs to match his clients specific needs.

Spinal Fusion Post-Operative Patient's Parents
"My 17 yr old daughter was in pain and miserable
with a spinal fracture that wouldn't heal.
Our spine surgeon recommended strength and conditioning and post-rehabilitation treatment with Eduardo.
I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes... after just a week we both knew it was working.
This may be the biggest positive change yet
in my daughter's life!
Eduardo has made all the difference.”
Spinal Fusion Post-Operative Patient's Mother
"My 14yr old daughter injured herself during the past volleyball season, and ended up having surgery.
Eduardo was recommended to us by both a neuro & ortho surgeon. They stated that he is the best athletic trainer around and his fitness training is like no other!
Eduardo is amazing!! He knows so much about the body and how it works. He genuinely cares about his clients and is an expert in his field.
My daughter really responded to his approach and direction.
She can't wait to begin the new volleyball season!”
